Designing a Service Blueprint to Break Down Silos and Accelerate Innovation

A small team and I facilitated multiple cross-functional workshops and created a service design process that aligned multiple business partners around a shared way of working. The new framework improved communication, broke down siloes, and increased efficiency - enabling the organization to bring new ideas to market faster.
